Nova's Iron Pulse is not responsible for price discrepancies, incorrect parts fitment, or product availability at third-party retailers. Always verify compatibility with your specific vehicle before purchasing parts.
6. Subscription Plans & Billing
Nova's Iron Pulse offers tiered subscription plans:
- Free Trial — Limited diagnoses to evaluate the service, no payment required
- Basic ($99/year) — 50 AI diagnoses per month, up to 5 vehicles, parts comparison, basic repair guides
- Pro ($245/year) — Unlimited diagnoses, unlimited vehicles, full repair guides, live sensor monitoring, priority support
- Dealer ($175/year) — Everything in Pro plus multi-bay access, fleet management, API access, dedicated support
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Current pricing is available at /upgrade.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nova's Iron Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle damage resulting from following AI-generated repair advice
- Personal injury resulting from DIY repairs
- Financial losses from parts purchases based on our recommendations
- Loss of data or service interruptions
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be $0 during the free beta period).
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Nova's Iron Pulse for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
- Submit false or misleading diagnostic data
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
- Use the Service to generate content that could cause harm to others

The Nova's Iron Pulse name, logo, design, and all original content on this site are owned by Nova's Iron Pulse and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
Diagnostic information generated by AI based on your vehicle data is provided for your personal use. You may share it for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Your use of Nova's Iron Pulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
